Orders

How do I place an order?
Choose your size, add the piece to your bag and follow the checkout steps. A confirmation email is sent as soon as the order is placed.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Write to us as soon as you can. We can usually amend an order before it is dispatched, but not afterwards.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Duties and taxes are shown at checkout where they apply.

How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery then takes 1 to 7 business days depending on the shipping method and destination.

Returns

What is your returns policy?
Unworn pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

How do I make a return?
Email us with your order number and we will send you return instructions.

How do they fit?
Fit notes appear on every product page, and full measurements are in the size guide.

How should I care for my piece?
Care instructions are on the garment label and repeated under Details on each product page.
